Will this help me with my back/neck/knee/shoulder condition?

Yes. The program targets the deep core and the alignment between the ribcage and pelvis. Physiotherapists always recommend strengthening the core to manage these conditions. Note: This augments, rather than replaces, medical prescriptions.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. All exercises can be done at home if you have sufficient space. For Levels 4 and 5, you can either go to the gym or exercise at home.

What equipment do I need to have?

A yoga block, a resistance band, and a low chair or step. For Levels 4 and 5, you can use either a gym cable machine or a band at home.

What is the time commitment needed for the program?

Each level consists of 5 exercises that can be done in 30 minutes. It may take slightly longer the first time you learn a new movement.

Is this a live class that I have to attend every week?

No. This is a self-paced program. Your coach will agree with you on training days, and you will use a training app customized to your level.

I am over-weight, do I need to lose weight first?

Hell no. You don't need to lose weight to start building core integrity. Many clients who combine this with healthy eating lose weight naturally.

I already go to the gym, why do I need this program?
